We are located in Naples, Florida.

Beck and I are proprietors of this relatively small ranch with a big heart. Beck has an extensive livestock background, having come from the Midwest farmland and I have expertise in the business arena. Combined, we make a great team.

Livin' the Dream is about raising these gentle, unassuming creatures. These animals are as safe as they are gentle. Young children are able to handle them with ease. They are keen creatures that are easy to train and alpaca care is relatively effortless.

Alpacas are easy on the environment. Their feet have soft pads so they don't tear up the soil like other hoofed animals. As grazers, alpacas don't pull up pasture grasses and plants, rather they trim vegetation.

Visually, these animals are truly appealing. Their furry faces, with eyes that are bottomless pools of expression, tug at your heart. It's an easy, peaceful feeling watching them graze, and the periodic interruption of a quick dust bath provides amusement for onlookers.

The alpaca is an extraordinarily desirable livestock investment. Not only are these creatures enjoyable, they're profitable as well.

All you need is love- Adding to the overall investment picture is the fact that alpacas are inexpensive to raise, require small acreage, and are very hardy animals. Friendly and trainable, the alpaca is truly an investment you can love.

Livin' the Dream is proud to say we are not a broker, nor associated with any brokerage service. A broker by definition negotiates contracts of purchase and sale. We prefer to work on a much more personal level. We only sell animals that we know inside and out. Most of our alpacas were conceived and born on our farm. Be assured we are not bringing in large shipments of alpacas to turn over just for a commission. There are no commissions involved with the sale of our animals.
